Why Easy Club jewellery?
Our jewellery is 14k gold with a PVD coating over stainless steel. This makes our pieces HIGHLY durable, corrosion & tarnish resistant. These materials are also great for sensitive skin as they are hypoallergenic. PVD means Physical Vapor Deposition which is vacuum coating process that provides a stunning gold finish with high functionality, for your everyday! This process is much more durable than regular gold plating, vermeil or jewellery. In Easy Club pieces, you can sweat, swim, sleep, and sanitize without worry-- every. single. day.
How do I care for my pieces?
Our pieces are non-tarnish so you can easily shower, swim, or sweat wearing Easy Club pieces. One of our main priorities is to keep it easy for you when sourcing our materials. We chose stainless steel because of it’s excellent corrosion resistance, high-strength, and attractive appearance. However, we do recommend removing your jewellery if you are using perfumes, exfoliants, or harsh abrasives.
When do you release new products?
We release new products every season! Sign up for our mailing list so that you can be the first to know when we drop a new piece.
When will items be restocked?
We have a restock time of 3-4 weeks. Please check back soon or email us at easyclub.kj@gmail.com to see when the item will be back in stock.
How does shipping work?
We are proud to offer FREE Tracked Shipping when you spend $75! When you spend less than $75, standard shipping rates apply. All our orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped that includes all tracking information.
When are orders shipped?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday & are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays. With each purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, which will include your receipt & tracking information, should you choose to add this option at check-out.
What is your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns at this time. We hope you love your Easy Club jewellery, however, if you have any concerns please email us at easyclub.kj@gmail.com & we will do our best to assist you.
